For many years now we have been always in regular one-to-one communication with the boat owners during the service period they receive, and we provide a wide range of services in many of our service points in line with the right planning and the best service understanding. Our professional technical team, expert in this field, pursues technological innovations with regular trainings in Turkey and abroad. Providing timely and quality services to problems and needs starts right here.

After-Sales Services is for Tezmarin an important process that is the continuation of sales and requires continuous protection of customer satisfaction with the best and highest quality service understanding. Proper planning of this process, ensuring the continuity of customer loyalty, accurate planning and control of the timing of needs is an issue that we attach importance to in terms of our company policy.

In addidition to our main services in Istanbul and Bodrum, we have many authorized services such as in Didim, Cesme, Gocek, Fethiye and Marmaris. Our main service office at Marinturk Pendik City Port Marina offers great advantages for boats coming both from the sea and by land. All boats above 60 feet and no catamarans are coming by trucks and are on land, those boats coming from sea are moored directly in front of our office. Each boat is only 15 steps away from us, both on land or in the water during their delivery preparation. Our valued customers can easily follow each stage of the services they receive. We are always here with our professional and quality based service understanding.

Bodrum Office

Post-transfer checks and technical service of your boats will be completed, while customs clearance and licensing after entering Turkey underway. All technical details of your boat and the safe use of accessories will be shown to you, before you set sail with your new boat.

We are waiting to meet you in our office in Turgutreis Bodrum to introduce your new boat to you.

After the delivery, we will be happy to assist all our boats whose mooring place is in Bodrum or whose passes through Bodrum, with the organization of technical needs. We wish you already a good time.
