Tezmarin honored with Lagoon’s World Best After Sales Service 2025 award

Lagoon Catamarans hosted the Lagoon Dealers Meeting in Bordeaux, France on March 9, 2026. This special gathering brought together Lagoon dealers from around the world and also served as an occasion to recognize excellence in after-sales services.


Among Lagoon’s global dealer network, Tezmarin was honored with the Lagoon World Best After Sales Service 2025 award in recognition of its outstanding performance throughout the year. This prestigious award celebrates exceptional after-sales service and high levels of customer satisfaction.


On behalf of Tezmarin, the award was received by Ralf Tezman, Vice Chairman of the Board at Tezmarin, and Osmancan Erşahin, Senior Sales Manager at Lagoon. The award was presented by Hervé Roth, After-Sales Services Manager at Lagoon, Stéphane André, Customer Services Manager, and Barthelemy Mulliez, EMEA Regional Sales Manager.


Ralf Tezman stated that receiving this award is a great source of pride for the company. He emphasized that Tezmarin continues to represent Lagoon—one of the most commonly seen catamaran brands along the Turkish coasts—in the best possible way, from sales to service, while maintaining international standards and a strong customer-focused approach.
